We ship out of our facilities in York, South Carolina. All of our sublimated shirts and custom print program are operated out of our print house located in York.
We offer the following shipping speeds/services:

Simple Return Policy:
We want your online ordering experience to be pleasant and we want you to know that we guarantee our products 100%. We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The apparel must be in original and unworn condition, with our tags still attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All ‘Final Sale’ items are marked as such on the product page.
How does Simple Returns work?
- Fill out a Simple Return Form. You can get the form here.
- Package the garments securely and place the Simple Return Form in the package. Keep a copy for your records. Use the shipping label that appears on the Simple Return Form.
- You can use any service you want to return the items but we suggest you use a traceable means for your own protection.
- When we receive the merchandise, we’ll verify its contents and confirm that it is unworn and in original condition.
- Once inspected, we will issue a credit to you in the means in which you paid for the merchandise, typically in 3 to 5 business days.
What if I want to exchange the merchandise?
- No worries. For exchanges involving items of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, we will ship the new item(s) back to you with no additional shipping or handling charges.
